In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we process the data you send us through this website to:

• answer your enquiry about a property, a viewing, a valuation or our services;
• send you new properties that match the search you asked us to keep for you, until you ask us to stop;
• manage the purchase, sale or other service you engage us for;
• comply with our legal obligations.

We only send you news or commercial information if you have asked for it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

• identification and contact details: name, email address and phone number;
• the content of your message, and the property you ask about;
• for valuations: the details of the property you describe (type, location, size and rooms);
• for search alerts: the type of property, area, budget and bedrooms you are looking for.

If you give us data about other people, you confirm that you have their consent and will inform them of this policy.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you send a form on this website, and, where you ask us about a purchase, sale or service, on the basis of the steps needed before a contract at your request. Some data is processed to comply with legal obligations. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.

We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and while you do not withdraw your consent. After that it is kept blocked for the periods required by law.

Your data may be accessed by providers that provide services to us, such as hosting and the customer system in which our enquiries are kept, under the corresponding data processing agreements. Data is also communicated to public authorities and the State security forces when there is a legal obligation, and to banks and financial institutions when needed for a service you engage.

Communication between your device and our servers is encrypted, and we take the technical and organisational measures needed to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorised access of your data. Where a service provider is located outside the European Union, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

You have the right to know whether we process your personal data, to access it, to have inaccurate data corrected and to have it deleted when it is no longer needed. In certain circumstances you can ask us to restrict the processing, object to it, or receive your data in a portable format.
